White Paper - Questions Asked

The Workforce View in 2014/15 asked employees and, in parallel, HR Directors about the key issues affecting them, while considering how the quality of working life can be further improved. The paper answers questions such as:
How important are flexible working and the right technology to your employees?
How many HRDs today, believe they are ready to meet employees’ expectations about their future working conditions and aspirations?
How can my organisation attract and retain the top talent it needs for future success?

This was the second year running that ADP asked the team at Stylus to create the Workforce View animation and printed whiter paper. Launched at the end of the year, this data has been invaluable for HR Directors, so they can keep their staff motivated and staying at their companies. The animation was promoted via social media, with elements of the white paper Tweeted plus an email campaign. The sign-up to download the White Paper has been tremendous and has bought ADP new business due to the exposure of the White Paper.
